Here’s the story on how we helped a Transformation Coach in transforming her website to align with her vision.
Transformational coach Jeneen Masih, had a vision for her business website: “A place for successful people to learn more about how they can take themselves from the lives they are currently living to a more dynamic and purposeful life they had only once dreamed of.”
To realize this vision, there were more than a few steps to be taken:
- Sell products on-line
- Sell services on-line
- Event/workshop/seminar registration
- Generate leads to sell off-line
- Communicate benefits/capabilities
- Capture newsletter/e-zine sign-ups
- Improve monetization efforts
Doing all of this would prove difficult working as she was from such a monochromatic website. In consultation with Amber, it was agreed that the redesign of Jeneen’s website should showcase her as a person, using a Home Page video to create a strong initial impression.
Beyond that, the site should be brighter and carry more eye-appeal, would showcase benefits over features, and would leave a lasting positive impression. We also wanted to show off Jeneen’s imagery. She loves to travel around the globe, and has taken incredible photos which are now showcased all over her new website
Stark Website Design Inhibits Transformational Message
Prior to the redesign of her website, the first impression did not reflect the vibrancy and credibility that Jeneen has to offer.
The new website is a massive contrast to the old one, with a colorful, life-affirming feel that matches Jeneen’s coaching philosophy and approach. She has become the brand, with an emphasis on her 25 years’ experience in business and leadership coaching. The focus on positive change toward a more fulfilling life, for otherwise successful individuals, is one that no resonates with visitors.

Beyond messaging and branding, our goal was to help Jeneen with develop a website with improved site navigation, better display of offerings, showcasing benefits over features, and an effective SEO strategy. We’ve also helped her to improve her newsletter design and management, placed her on our monthly WP website update program, and we continue to work with her on marketing and monetization.

Jeneen Masih took the leap and launched JMM Consulting in 2014, following a successful career as CEO/Team Leader for Keller Williams Realty. Recognizing the value of coaching in her own life, and with numerous acquaintances appealing to her to offer coaching services, she decided it was time to branch out and help others find fulfillment along with success.
