Seeking to Fill the Following Position:

NGNG™ is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO directly. The person who is the best fit for this position will have a strong attention to detail, be hyper-organized, have superb listening and communication skills (written and verbal), be empathetic and intuitive with excellent customer service skills and enjoy engaging with people online.

  • Helps to manage our CEO's inbox by sorting messages into appropriate labels and leaning in to draft replies to the team, our clients and network on her behalf wherever possible.

  • Assists in client and sales lead scheduling as well as general Google calendar maintenance for our CEO.

  • Misc. other administrative tasks as assigned, including but not limited to the use of spreadsheets, reports, billing and invoicing, and building client proposals.

  • Other projects as assigned, some of which may be personal in nature or research-based.

Start Date: Immediately

Hours: MUST be available M-F 8am-5pm MT (you will not be required to work that entire window, but will be expected to be available for messaging and tasks to be assigned as needed within that time frame each day) PLEASE DO NOT apply if you are not able to work those designated hours!
