About NGNG™
NGNG was founded in 2007 as a marketing agency, and is on a mission to bring meaningful connection back to peoples’ lives, equip them to be fully and authentically self-expressed, and to innovate the future of business through a more conscious, connected experience for all. We achieve this through customized, aligned, and thoughtful strategy for marketing, sales and fulfillment. Additionally, we’ve helped shape the publishing industry through launching bestselling books, largely in the nonfiction space, in a generative, ethical and scalable way.
We work exclusively with “kind” and serious authors, speakers, coaches and entrepreneurs who want to help others. Our clientele ranges from solopreneurs just starting out to multi-million dollar brands with global impact. Our work is largely in the nonfiction author space and our focus is on helping entrepreneurs grow sustainable online brands based on the message that’s in their heart to share.
Our growth has largely occurred through word of mouth—proving our strategies work and our community loves their experience with us. We are now vision-and-model-ready to layer on additional proven marketing activities to scale our impact.

We have two distinct models for our business that fit underneath the umbrella of NGNG:
- Infinite Impact: Based on our CEO Amber Vilhauer’s bestselling book, designed to get individuals “into Alignment.” Currently includes a 4-week group coaching program and 6-week Certification process, with membership, events, and a derivative book series coming soon (co-authored versions of Infinite Impact with our certified guides).
- Books & Business: High-touch retainer-based consulting for authors and entrepreneurs, digital intensive training programs, group coaching programs and events.
Our goal is to scale from $1M to $5M based on strategy and pipeline in place, in less than 3 years while significantly reducing the dependency of day-to-day operations on our CEO who will continue front-facing in marketing, sales and client fulfillment. The non-negotiable requirement is protecting our warm and loving culture while operating in excellence every day.
Our Core Values: Meaningful Connection, Unwavering Excellence, Better Together, Lean In, and Deeply Fulfilled.
Additional values that express our culture: Deeply caring, professional, courageous, innovative, high-performing, self-accountable, conscious, well-organized, autonomous, playful, transparent, and supportive on all levels.
