Fostering Meaningful Connections for Success
Talking about what chat agent we want to communicate through in the new year is necessary to improve efficiency, productivity, and workplace happiness, but…. getting bogged down by those sorts of conversations can also distract us from the real work we’re doing: fostering meaningful connections.
I asked the team to share who their favorite clients are that they feel most connected to and why they loved working with them. For the next 30 minutes, we got a waterfall of names of clients we’re currently working with and clients we worked with many years ago. (It was seriously awesome…)
The Power of Kindness and Gratitude
The commonality between these clients was their kindness and expressions of gratitude toward NGNG, our team, our operation, and our influence on multiple industries. They’re all mission-driven individuals with a powerful message that we can stand behind.
When we take a moment to dig into the deeper aspects of our work, it can completely elevate the experience for everyone. We left that meeting feeling connected, deeply fulfilled, and more motivated than ever to put our best foot forward. 🙂
