Loved this mid-week pick me up!
Thank you so much to Zack Starr for joining the NO GUTS NO GLORY LIVE event!
Zack shares a story about a time in his career that took guts and reveal with us the outcome of those actions!
Zack and I talked about:
📌 The importance of taking the first small step to keep moving forward
📌 How to get beyond the obstacles
📌 Challenging yourself and how that can help you find your purpose
📌Zack Starr is an engaging, energetic and compassionate veteran with expert knowledge in recovery from physical, mental, and moral injury and what it takes to help others navigate the transition from tragedy to triumph. Zack’s personal story is told in the feature documentary film “The Epic Mile,” which chronicles his 2,650 mile hike from Mexico to Canada on the Pacific Crest Trail. This story is also the platform for his keynote presentations. By utilizing his own personal experiences from over a decade of chronic pain, depression and near suicide, Zack has found a way to leverage resilience to expand his grit, mental toughness and fortitude. These are the very tools he shares with his audience, ensuring that they leave the room feeling more capable, more determined and more energized to tackle their goals and overcome any adversity that gets in their way. While it is his passion to help others understand how to navigate life’s physical and emotional hurdles, he is equally as passionate about camping, hiking, long distance and off-road adventures on his motorcycle, and traveling the World with soulmate, Meagan. Oh, and Ohio State football (but not in that order).
