Seeking to Fill the Following Position:

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support and be the right-hand human to our CEO. The right fit will be someone who is highly organized and is a proactive individual who thrives in a fun, but fast-paced environment. If you’re a super detail-oriented problem-solver with a knack for anticipating needs and providing solutions, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

  • Full inbox management; Sort, screen, and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO.
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar (both business and personal), including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle client scheduling, onboarding, and general communication such as sales leads and customer concerns.
  • Manage vendor relations, and resolve any issues that may come up.
  • Coordinate and work on special projects and tasks as assigned, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Review and send out new business proposals.
  • Update and maintain the company’s project management system as well as manage basic digital filing.
  • Assist with other data entry and miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external teams.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Provide on-site support at events or productions attended by the CEO as needed.

Start Date: Immediately

Employment Type: Full-time Employee

Location: Philadelphia/New Jersey area preferred, with the possibility of hybrid or fully remote work for the right candidate

Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM ET, with occasional after-hours availability

Pay: $55-75K annual salary

Benefits: Healthcare, PTO (3 weeks vacation in the first year!), paid cell phone, continuing education credits, flex time, and bonuses
